Pressure accumulator (Rail) for testing pumps СР1, СР2, СР3, СР4, Delphi, Denso and CR injectors
The rail has cooling channels for improved thermal stability during testing and testing
nozzles and pumps of the Common-Rail system
- pressure sensor connection (M18x1.5);
- pressure regulator connection (3 holes M24x1.5mm);
- backflow connections (3 holes 1/4″);
- fitting for connecting a hose or tube for rail cooling (2 holes 1/2 “);
- High-pressure fluid inlet (1 hole, M18 × 1.5 mm);
- cooling channel plugs (4 holes 1/8″);
- rail mounts (6 blind holes M8).

ATTENTION! Regulators and pressure sensor are not included!
- The DL-CR31514 drain rail is intended for use with the main pressure accumulator (rail) fitted with 3 pressure regulators. It features three inlet ports for banjo fittings and two outlet ports. One outlet port is sealed with a plug, and the other is equipped with a fitting for the common return from all 3 pressure regulators.
This drain rail facilitates the routing of drain hoses. In standard configuration with the DL‑CR31049 pressure accumulator, the return flow is taken from each pressure regulator (PR) separately. With this drain rail installed, the return is directed through one single fitting.
The delivery set includes:
1. DL-UNI31519 Banjo fitting 1/4″ (3 pcs.)
2. DL-UNI30203 Blanking plugs 1/8″ (4 pcs.)
3. DL-UNI30112 Drain fitting from rail M12×1.5 × 8 mm (1 pc.)
4. DL-UNI30636 Blanking plug M12×1.5 mm (1 pc.)

It features two inlet ports for banjo fittings and one outlet port for the return line. The outlet port is equipped with a fitting that provides the common return from both pressure regulators.
