GM-08 Automatic Surface grinding machine with rotary chuck and automatic control of the lower movable table

The machine is equipped with a controller that allows the movable table to be operated in either automatic or manual mode. Several preset travel patterns for the lower table are available, and individual programming is also supported.

The use of wheels with mandrels makes it possible to quickly change the wheel to a tool of a different grit, depending on the workpiece. To use the  Grinding wheel with mandrel on early GM-08 machines, it is necessary to replace the drive shaft with a DL-GM31280. The mandrel for grinding wheels must be ordered separately. With a one-time purchase of an grinding wheel and a wheel holder -mandrel, the kit is supplied with a machined wheel surface. (Processing of the wheel in assembly with the mandrel ensures the maximum reduction of vibrations during operation and improves the quality of the processing of parts).
