Universal test bench for diesel systems 15 kW with measuring unit for 12 sections
The stand is designed for testing and adjusting the devices of the diesel engine power system during their repairs and maintenance.
- a 2-section radiator with forced air cooling is installed in the stand, designed to cool the reverse drain from the pump being tested. Each section of the radiator has temperature sensors and is controlled by an independent thermal controller.
- a circulation pump is installed in the tank of the stand, pumping the test liquid through a cooling radiator, which ensures the maintenance of a stable temperature in the tank. The pump and the cooling fan are controlled by the stand.
- to maintain a stable temperature of the test liquid, a 1 kW heating element is installed in the tank, also controlled by the stand.
The stand can be used for fuel equipment of any diesel engines of light and medium automotive traction, including high-speed engines of passenger cars, buses, trucks and agricultural tractors.
TYPES OF TESTING
The assay stand allows the following types of tests and adjustments:
- Determination of the volume of fuel injection doses for various speeds of the high—pressure fuel pump shaft corresponding to:
— engine start (starting dose),
— idling (idle dose),
— the beginning and end of positive and negative adjustments,
– rated engine power (nominal, so-called measuring dose), as
well as revolutions,determining the so-called
high-pressure fuel pump speed characteristics; - Determination of the rotation speed of the beginning and end of the fuel injection shutdown
by the rotation speed controller (maximum idle speed), which determine the so
-called adjustable speed range; - Geometric compression start (pre-stroke adjustment), as well as angular gaps
between sections of the high-pressure fuel pump;
The spread (unevenness) of fuel doses injected by different sections of the high-pressure fuel pump, which should not exceed 2% of the nominal dose; - Operation of the electromagnetic shut-off valve;
- Checking the suction discharge of the power pumps;
- Checking the injection pressure of the feed pumps;
- Checking the performance of power pumps;
- Checking the tightness and transmittance of the fuel filter.
