The SPR-270 filter is designed to purify air from fogs of cooling emulsions and oils formed during operation on various CNC machine tools and machining centers: turning, milling, drilling, threading, as well as other industrial equipment that operates using coolants and oils .

Principle of operation.
Contaminated air is sucked through the intake pipe into the lower chamber, where the liquid drops are circulated through the labyrinth system. Here,takes place the main cleaning of the air from oil vapors and emulsions. Then the air passes into the upper chamber and passes through another filter element and returns to the working room. The collected liquid flows back to the machine through the drainage tube.
