SPR-474. Oil mist filter

SPR-474 is designed to purify air from mists of cooling emulsions and oils generated during the operation of various machine tools and CNC machining centers, such as lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, and threading machines, as well as other industrial equipment that operates using cooling fluids and oils.

Principle of operation.
Contaminated air is sucked through the intake pipe into the lower chamber, where the liquid drops are circulated through the labyrinth system. Here,takes place the main cleaning of the air from oil vapors and emulsions. Then the air passes into the upper chamber and passes through another filter element and returns to the working room. The collected liquid flows back to the machine through the drainage tube.
